These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Royal Ride Boston - BADELENA LLC's ("Royal Ride Boston", "we", "us", "our") transportation services, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Service Description

Royal Ride Boston provides luxury chauffeured transportation services including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers and ground transportation
• Corporate transportation services
• Special events and occasions
• City-to-city transportation
• Hourly and daily rental services
• Wedding and special event transportation

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Royal Ride Boston. You may book our services through our website, mobile application, or by contacting us directly.

Booking Requirements:

• Valid contact information including name, phone number, and email address
• Pickup and destination addresses
• Date and time of service
• Number of passengers
• Special requirements or requests

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and special requirements.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, corporate accounts, and other payment methods as agreed upon. Payment is typically due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for:

• Waiting time beyond the included grace period
• Toll fees and parking charges
• Gratuity (optional but appreciated)
• Special requests or additional services
• Overtime charges for extended service

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

• More than 24 hours before service: Full refund
• 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours before service: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Cancellation by Royal Ride Boston: We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather conditions, vehicle unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the service at no additional cost.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete booking information
• Being ready for pickup at the scheduled time
• Treating our vehicles and drivers with respect
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engaging in illegal activities in our vehicles
• Paying for any damages caused by your actions

7. Driver and Vehicle Standards

All Royal Ride Boston drivers are:

• Licensed and insured
• Background checked and drug tested
• Professionally trained and experienced
• Required to maintain clean driving records

All vehicles are regularly inspected, maintained, and insured according to state and federal requirements.

8. Liability and Insurance

Royal Ride Boston maintains comprehensive commercial liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
• Consequences of customer's failure to provide accurate information
• Third-party services or recommendations

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited in our vehicles:

• Smoking or vaping
• Consuming alcohol (unless specifically permitted)
• Illegal drug use
• Disruptive or threatening behavior
• Damaging vehicle property
• Exceeding vehicle capacity limits

11. Force Majeure

Royal Ride Boston shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or other events of force majeure.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Quincy, Massachusetts.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Modifications to Terms

Royal Ride Boston reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify customers of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
